Being a fair manager
Reactive Storyline scenarios
I scripted this set of scenarios for my work on Learning Pool’s Future Skills catalogue. I was mostly playing learning/instructional designer on the rest of this project with internal developers and graphic designers producing the learning. However, I loved this one so much I wanted to build it myself to showcase my Storyline skills. I researched and wrote this from scratch myself, acting as SME across this work as well.

The scenarios are short and varied, designed to encourage the learner to try out what they might do as a leader in each scenario and see the potential impact on their teams. In some of the scenarios the outcome and feedback changes depending on what you did before. Kind of like a choose your own ending story. One course of action may be a fair thing to do or an unfair thing to do, depending on your previous actions. This involves a lot of complex variables in the background.
I’ve also added in a points system where across the scenarios you win or lose points according to your actions, again in some scenarios this can vary depending on what you did in the step before.
